  1. I’m a big fan of the First Amendment Audit channels, but this is different. The man was on private property and someone called the police about a suspicious person. There was in the officers minds reasonably articulate suspicion of a crime so the Pastor was legally obligated to identify himself. Now once the neighbor came over and told them that they were friends they should of cut him loose. Or they could of even called the neighbor to ask him if the Pastor had his consent to be on his property. The Police might have been a little lazy here, but what they did is not against the Law or their departments policy.

  2. Let’s see “Trespassing”…… Come on guys the police are not always wrong. They were called to the house by another neighbor and he was not the home owner. I’m the first one that likes to call the police out when the break the Law. I also like the First Amendment Channels and it sounded like the Pastor watches those channels as well. The average person would of been able to make sense of what the cops were saying and just identified. It’s really not that big of a deal, especially in this case.

  3. I don’t know what the policy or Law is in that Department or County if they’re allowed to just release him. I’ll watch the whole thing again tomorrow. Tired and need to go to sleep, up at 5:45 am to take my son to football practice…lol We may just have to agree to disagree which is ok. Have a good night.
