The arresting officer really has no business as a Police Officer. This whole thing just proved how bad his instincts were and even after receiving training he still failed the Citizens of that County This lawsuit is a complete and utter joke and the tax payers are going to have to find this failed effort.

  22. In Canada it’s even worst. A 50 year male can say he’s a 9-13 year old girl and he’s seen as a 9-13 year girl in the eyes of the Canadian Government and the other wackos in Canada. He’s allowed to compete in girls swimming competitions against girls who are 9-13 and he’s allowed to go into these little girls locker rooms and change right next to them which he chooses to do.

  23. I am 1:47 in and no matter what happens after that the guy is just wrong for not following the Officers Lawful order. He is 100% obligated under the Law that if a Law Enforcement Officer tells you to step out of your car during a traffic stop, like it or not we have to step out of the vehicle. Why wouldn’t he just follow their lawful orders and step out?? It’s because they are taught from a very young age how to talk and act towards the Police. My friend who is black told me that. He grew up on the south side of the Chicago and that how Uncles, cousins and the neighbors acted and spoke to the police. Ok back to the stop….
