From the outside I would say the worker absolutely has a case. Why didn’t the DA and his Office do a thorough enough job investigating this before he had the worker locked up?? The worker will get a settlement all because of the DA’s incompetence and laziness. The DA should be relieved of his office because you know he’ll never do the honorable thing and resign. And why would he, in his mind he thinks he’s doing a great job which of course we all know he’s not.
