  2. My sister and her family lived on the upper west side and sold their place two months ago and moved out of NYC because of all the crime. She just got sick and tired of the crime and that the Cops didn’t seem to really care because a lot of their cases get dropped or reduced because the DA and prosecutors don’t hold the criminals fully accountable for their crimes.
