  1. Easy fix. The band director gets fired and the band gets suspended from playing at any and all high school events for the rest of the year. Actions have consequences. A lesson these students need to learn. It’s a good life lesson for all of them.

  3. What’s shocking here is all the comments. The band “Leader” is an adult who was being given a Lawful order to leave the school. The other school complied so why couldn’t he?? What is he or that school special or something?? The band and its “Leader” are not in their own homes, they can’t just act any way they want. If they didn’t like the Lawful orders being given they make a complaint out to the Police and the School District at another time and certainly a different place. What did he think was going to happen?? He thought he was going not comply with a Lawful order, then put hands in the Police and that this was going to go his way?? It’s called be part of a civilized society. When you are given a Lawful order by the Police you comply.

  4. You’re just wrong. They can absolutely be told to leave Lawfully. That “leader” just set a horrible example for those students to follow.

  5. So you can name call all you want, you mean absolutely nothing to me. This is not their personal residence, you can be told by the Police at anytime to leave. If you think this “leader” was justified in not complying with a lawful order and then being allowed to put his hands on a Police Officer then you are the clown and an ignorant one at that. He set a terrible example for those kids. Not a cop btw, just a respectful, responsible, law bidding adult.
