  2. Cops are so afraid nowadays. After their CO’s see this these Cops will be in wee bit of trouble for allowing her to control the situation as long as she did. I’ve heard the Cop from out in Arizona say “step out now or I’m going to put my hands on and take you out” after the person refuses to identify and then doesn’t step out when told to.
