@Bushey4545 I agree that people should police themselves. not to completely unplug but just to stop themselves from binging, after all, any form of addiction is bad it doesn't matter what the addiction is attached to it can still have an adverse effect on your life. Remember everyone we live in a new world of ethics that are heavily influenced by technology and this isnt bad its just drastically different from how older generations grew up.
