Can we make a petition to get YouTube to adjust that "fringe content" rule? That was a total brain fart. They didn't need a new policy. They just had to enforce the old one which Crowder was actually violating.

Give his twinkly blue eyes a chance. I think he's coming round.
1
But how dumb do they think Canadians are? Is it the "out of sight, out of mind" philosophy? We're gonna get amnesia while he's in the islands?
1
True, it does.
1
But David will have no one to rant about! No one can get him to break his glacial Canadian exterior like McCain!
1
He was like Betsy Devos, with that answer. Booker's Spanish was way better but my favourite part was when Castro handed Beto his ass.
1
I nominate Shapiro for the love interest in the film.
1
Kamala was annoying. She jock blocked Marianne Williamson's very concreted plan for reparations just so she could score points against Biden. This debate was horribly unprofessional. Neither Biden or Harris really want to address race relations in America
1
The lady who was taking care of AIDS patients in the eighties, and has been a lefty her entire life is unlikely to flip now. All her books are espousing lefty ideals.
1
The well poisoning was very stanky. I think the mic issue was a function of the technology though. I've experienced the same thing on zoom calls where my mic goes dead when they start talking.
1
I agree with you. I do think the questions could have been more pertinent though, and the well poisoning at the beginning was unnecessary.
1
Because city council and those other offices you mentioned require political engineers, not visionaries.
1
@matthewsaunders4820 I have a terrible feeling those two talents rarely go together.
1
I love David Doel, and I remember last cycle wishing he would cover Marianne a bit more. I understand the reverence for Bernie, but Warren? TYT and Rational National kept throwing Warren's name in after Bernie, but her funding was suspect, and I think Marianne had a more comprehensive policy list. Also, when we talk about 'electability', I thought Mariann'es optics and speaking voice were more attractive for a large audience. Marianne seemed to be getting standing ovations at her town halls, whereas Warren had to buy thundersticks for her audiences.
1
I was a little pissed that Gilllibrand highjacked Williamson's "get money out of politics" platform which is a bit rich given that her campaign is corporate funded. Marianne Williamson has made it her first order of business to submit legislation to Congress for publicly funded elections but then Gilllibrand stepped on her toes and she had to pivot try New Zealand.
1
I've never seen an interviewee look so scared!
1
David has more power than he credits himself with here.
1
Snowbird bitch, the clue's in the name.
1
@ignorantinformer yes I'm following his campaign also. He's the most loveable candidate.
1
@barbaramorse5963 Thank you Barbara!
1
@traekas7228 Yes, and yet she's still often ranked ahead of Marianne Williamson and Tulsi Gabbard by progressive media. It's puzzling.
1
@traekas7228 I heartily agree with you. I'm just curious why progressive media like TYT and our gorgeous, Bobby Donald, rational national here, keep listing Warren as a progressive candidate, when grass roots is considered so important. I get that she has a good record in the senate but is that enough?
1
I do think it's positive, all the candidates, because I think a lot of people are motivated to vote, and I'm enjoying seeing people like Marianne Williamson, Andrew Yang and Tulsi Gabbard in action.
1
Oh good, I'm glad it was reinstated.
1
Fair points. Right now we have really shit vibes though. Those probably aren't helping the dying people either.
1
@marcosalvarez5712 I'm having trouble clutching my pearls over these smears. They are weak sauce.
1
@marcosalvarez5712 The tweet she sent to Jason actually showed her as a true humanitarian. She was telling her staff to let ideas from volunteers through, and not to gatekeep. That actually made me extremely relieved, that she doesn't want people protecting her to the extent that she's cut off from support and criticism. As for the Daily Beast and Politico. They're toilet paper, and always have been.
1
At least a Trumpster goes away after a while. In Canada a bad PM is like a fart that never clears! (I formally apologise to Elizabeth May for my use of the F word)
1
As an MSNBC employee, his job is to protect the war machine.
1
Isn't that the head of westburough?
1
I'm Canadian, and I often feel guilty for not following Canadian politics more. The way Trudeau speaks drives me nuts. I can't understand what he's saying.
1
@aaronsande Apparently Pakman's, emails were flooded. I don't know if it's a dirty deed what he did, but it was sus, that he went on their saying to his viewers, "Sorry not for me" and he's actually historically been an ally to Marianne and many of her causes. Our friend David Dore here, I think is a lovely fellow but as the rational national, I think he aught to to about more things than just Bernie. Even a study of Bernie would tell someone something about Marianne too. She apparently had something to with launching Bernie's 2016 run. David Dore here, seems not to know about Project Angel food, Sister Giant, or the fact that Marianne has also been on her podcast talking to activists from Afghanistan and Palestine.
1
@MusicfromMarrs I think Marianne would agree with you that we need progressives on all levels of government. It's one of the reasons she made such an effort to support down ballot candidates the past two years. She's been on her podcast with congressional and senatorial candidates, discussing state by state legislation pretty much consistently since her last run. I learned so much listening. I'm not sure how many other candidates went to the ADOS conference last cycle, but she did. She seems quite serious about reparations, and I think black Americans do see that. To me "electable" means someone who can reach people.
1
He finally did something real.
1
Amazing how quickly human arrogance bounces back eh?
1
Who do you like David? We Canadians have trouble liking anyone!
1
@rust44 I think I'd vote Raybould if she was heading a party. I'm so tired of the political establishment. I want a unicorn party!
1
Yes, that was very interesting.
1
And she's so polite! She's like your auntie Myrtle, but she's hard as nails
1
She's fierce!
1
Politico is not a source that should ever be quoted. It's a notorious rag.
1
I forgot Warren was there too, sorry to say. She was business as usual although I liked hearing a bit about her past. The stars of the night for me were Castro, Gabbard and admittedly Booker, although his sudden turnaround is a little suspect at this point, and I think he lied about his funding.
1
I'd just like to add that Williamson is also very practical. She has a plethora of policies and has made a career on translating love into helping people.
1
Your comment cut off.
1
@TraceyJean Trump was a very successful president. In the sense that he got a lot done, which most of us were horrified by, but he was effective at implementing what he wanted to do. Imagine a president who had that same outsider thought process that says, "what do you mean it can't be done? We're gonna do it!" but with good policies in mind.
1
She also said senetors would have to live with their vote which was a very good point.
1
David, tell us about her definition of "snowbirds" again! 😂😂😂
1
She's running as a democrat. Can't be a spoiler.
1
That question should actually not be allowed.
1
Pete is not grass roots by any means. However I challenge your assertion that Warren is.
