  1. I don't think he went to Kyoto, and apparently it had more to do with the people photographing the Maiko while they were going about their business. It's only one small street where visitors have been banned, and actually that street is residential. I hope they will also keep a sharp eye on the Shinto shrines also, because one Canadian numpty was seen carving his name into it.

  2. He's bad, but a Canadian recently scratched his own foul and disgusting name into a Shinto shrine, so some restrictions may be in order.
