What he is really doing is taking even more officers from all other duties and putting them on riot duty, the criminal element outside of the common man rioting, cause it's only the common man that is rioting, now know that the police will be even more under staffed than ever giving them the ability to clean house via large scale robberies and large scale movement of addictive substances which there will be a higher demand than ever for due to a doubling in the robbery as the force disappear to riot duty. Without his script in front of him it should be obvious to all that he is falling apart. His rhetoric is creating a sectarian England and he is in fact radicalizing huge numbers of disenfranchised youth which will in turn make this last decades. If you have people coming into the country from places in the world where life is cheap and murder is common it has the effect of rising the bar of violence being used on our street which means that everyone else has to match that level in order to compete. It's been said time and time again by experienced police officers but the media keep change the story so we don't focus on the real issue. Outside of stopping mass immigration from dysfunctional parts of the world it's only going to get worse.

  9. He is echoing exactly what the inland revenue said, I really doubt she will touch CGT but more more than a few % if anything, she will be looking for tax that people can't avoid such as council tax and income tax as those taxes people can't escape.
