I would put the orange man in there also but sadly he never started any wars in the fours years in was in office in fact he is the only President from 1981 upwards to have not done and thats regardless of any party. Not only did Joe Biden write the disastrous and racist 1994 crime bill he also wrote the 1995 Omnibus Act which morphed into the Patriot Act, he voted against Gay Marriage in 1996 he repealed the Glass Steagall Act, voted for the Patriot Act in 2001, voted for the Iraq war in 2002, voted the end bankruptcy protections for students in 2005 and presented George W. Bush with the Liberty Medal in 2018.

@dsgrbrowne1 Yes it's a shame but it's not just the US. The real answer would be less government which is libertinism. As humans we must accept our flaws, greed is a natural part of all of us if we are truly honest and as such power should be to a minimum due to the nature of how easily we can be corrupted. Sadly the libertarian party seems like controlled opposition. If I recall correctly when the Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson was asked about the Syrian crisis and in particular Aleppo his response was 'What is Aleppo? It's no wonder that Ron Paul who is a true libertarian had to run as a republican.

@goodvibes5220 Yes drone strikes continued but still no new wars were created and thats was a first since Jimmy Carter. Wake me up when Biden does any of these things to stop the profiteering of the military industrial complex at the expense of the tax payers and the deaths overseas as I will be here waiting. TBH it will be a long wait that won't arise looking at his track record.

Yoo toobe Yes but such a shame the actual party in the US is a waste of time. Ron Paul is still alive and well describing what a non interventionist government following a "Foreign Policy of Freedom: Peace, Commerce, and Honest Friendship" should look like.
