  1. FTX had almost 600 billion dollars going though it last year, Coinbase had just over 600 billion dollars go though it last year. The difference between these two is simple... Conbase has over 100 hundred million active users per year while FTX had hardly over one million users. It was a money washing exchange with a worthless token flouting and a back door written into the accounting in-order to gamble with users money, once this came to light the bank run started and FTX fell. The level of reporting on this is tragic, FTX came out of no where with huge links to the sitting US government and in fact Sam was there 2nd largest donner and it's sister company has strong ties with the SEC. A cynic would tell it was set up to fail. It also has strong links to a certain war torn area thats alway over the news and where do you think those donation were going? Of cause you can call me a tin foil hat wearer if you wish, but if you would like to do the research you will find all this is open and on the record. Don't you just love the BBC's inability to do journalism these days, it's almost like the are reading it from a script.
