"Eva Bartlett is a freelance journalist" It's called crediting reports used, it's not the same as saying "RT's correspondent "insert the name here" Clearly you're having difficulty understanding the terms freelance & Journalist. If they where just posting on facebook they wouldn't be called a journalist as by definition a journalist is a person who writes for newspapers or magazines or prepares news to be broadcast on radio or television & by definition a freelancer is a person who is self-employed and is not necessarily committed to a particular employer long-term
