Please keep up the same energy when there is no food in the supermarkets, labour don't care as they will just carry on with cheaper imports, thus why they are doing this land grab, but considering they also fired long range missiles into the worlds largest nuclear power something tells me we will entering into a time when imports will be a no no, and please don't forget what happens to islands that can't produce food in wartime.

@craigjohn1660 notice how I commented on your personality without going into the topic on hand yet you still missed that bit didn't you. Since you were unsure 1st time let me elaborate, the level of projection from you is now monumental, so much so you had to repeat your reply twice.

it's just a land grab by Labour, they will let the likes of Bill Gates take the land over for renewable energy farms.

the 90% don't produce food, the 10% do and if you think there assets are less then one million you clearly have no concept of cost

Talking about renewable energy guess where they will put those wind farms and solar farms, on all the cheap farm land there about to take from the next gen of farmers.

@PissoffgooglePlimplim yep most blatant land grab ever. The government is happy to continue with cheap imports over being self sufficient while gas lighting the public about economic growth. Since we are an Island you would have thought being able to fall back on over own source of food should be a priority, even more so now we are firing missiles into the worlds largest nuclear super power. There are two separate pictures on line of Starmer meeting with ex Microsoft fonder Mr Gates, on in Oct 2022 when they had talks on investing in science and technology to achieve net zero emissions. And another meeting less publicized which was on the 17th October 2024, when Keir Starmer met with Bill Gates at 10 Downing Street, it was also attended by Chancellor Rachel Reeves. The details of the discussion were not publicly disclosed. Funny that just before Labour engages in a land grab from farmers via the budget they should have a meeting with the worlds largest owner of farm land Bill Gates
