We don't need to even speculate on Pooles death to realise that they are avoiding the obvious. LAPD wouldn't be able to pay any pensions and the amount of cases that would be invalidated is beyond a joke. LAPD would be getting sued from every one and anyone if they lost that case.

Look you could have asked Suge to claim he wrote Mary Poppins and he would have agreed to get outta Jail time. The guy's a a known lier. So Poole offering a life line to validate his theory isn't what I would call a water tight case.

@Low Down I understand but you and I will never know 100%, there isn't enough evidence. They could have killed him or he could have just had a heart attack from natural causes. Point is there is more than enough evidence to show that the shooter of BIG is seriously brought into question. None of us can prove anything outside of presumption. Although I just presume as a matter of cause that Poole would have had to been got out the way in order for this to work out.

@michellecharter1129 Patrick hasn't done his research on this one. Seems like he hasn't spent much to any time looking into kading's history. Fact of the mater is LAPD can't withstand, what would now be, a billion dollar lawsuit along with the future lawsuit arising from that point and the fact that convictions made by those implicated would be over turned thus resulting in more damages. LAPD would be screwed to the tune of several billion dollars. The establishment will pull all the stops to make sure this does not happen and that means the LA press upholding Kading's storyline.
