UK population has increased by 27% since the 90's all with record low birthrates, clearly no sign of it stopping and no industry left plus what admin is here will get replaced as technology advances, we are a nation of services that are crumbling and will only continue to get worse. @johnriggs4929 Absolutely right, these riots are all in the most deprived areas and we can guess they will do nothing to help those areas. Ironic cause there all red strong holds but I think they are working of the premise that people have give up on the voting process since Blair, the core voters now are middle class boomers, students and the public sector. In the old days labours vote always had working class in pocket, but that class in now the hand to mouth class as they have no industry, no prospects, no future no point for labour to bother treating them like voice of concern. My guess is he poured gas on the fire in order make sweeping changes to civil liberties and a reduction in democracy which would make sense considering how authoritarian he behaved.

Our population has increased by 27%, even though we are at record low birth rate, since the 90's and our GDP is over 100% debt, we clearly our not going to be able to support services like the NHS, we have no industry and each year we expend the population via immigration, our debt per GDP is predicted to be almost 400% by 2070

@robertmassie4903 LOL I think you will find we don't have any industry left, long since gone, and well over 100% of our GDP is debt. For the record we are one of the only countries on Financial Freedom Index (FFI) to have a fiscal score of Zero and we dropped position this year from mostly free to moderately free putting us in the same category as Kazakhstan

@righteousmammon9011 Well the US still does have industry left but if am moving anywhere it's wouldn't be a any western country that is on the way out as the UK,US and most of Europe is. Plenty of better choices in Asia.

@Skygrey2943 If you were to take the total numbers of those engaged in violence such as setting fire to hotels looting and attacking police with a direct intent to do physical harm they would still only add up to fraction of a % when compare to the total numbers demonstrating. By suggesting the issues can be simply boiled down to racism due to the actions of the few is both bigoted of you and incredible short sighted. I would expect a government to attempt to deflect away form the causes rather than address policies therefore it's advantageous to race bait this situation and inflame it in order to make the public look the other direction and say "oh racist whites" and by doing so claim free virtue point of how not racist they are as white people themselves while simultaneously looking down at the lower class & only taking into consideration race, which ironically is pretty racist of them. The issue is you can't have everything you want as an adult. You can pick only one set up. @latinokid33 as nice as that sounds let me explain reality to you, America still have industry. we have zero, none, nothing in the way of industry and have to import steel from China that is made in coal furnaces and shipped our to the UK in diesel powered ships so we can build windmills to reduce our carbon footprint...... That's just how insane our government is, they know very well that we would be introducing less carbon by mining British coal and making our own steel but that don't do cause of the Optics. They care more about how they look than they do about you or Britain

If it was a Russian disinformation account it wouldn't have a couple of kids posting videos of driving in the snow. @edc1569 The government has a history of using D notices for case that would cause outrage, they did it last year with the Ahmed Alid case, they can only cry wolf so many times before people rightly disregard them as a matter of course.
