  2. it's the worst budget I have even seen for them, lowest rate of CGT up by 80% while the higher rate is hardly touched, an increase of NI on the lowest paid workers via dropping the level the employer pays it from 9 grand to 5 grand, it's a death sentence for small business and a drop in wages when annual pay rises won't be met. Look at small high street a year from now and count how many more closed shops there are and then look at how much unemployment has gone up. It's all against working people, the just gas lite the public by using semantics against the public knowing they were ill informed on how taxes are paid, 25 billion of this budget is coming from working people.
