Take a look at any war footage from the airforce when they are striking targets in Iraq or isis and there the same quality yet no one says any thing and those targets are not moving at a unbelievable speed plus there a lot closer.

The reason it's based on an electoral collage system is simple, if it wasn't one or two states could control the whole of the US resulting in parties pandering only to those states such as California, Texas and NY as they have some of the largest points and largest populations. Notice how people often say Cali and NY folk live in a bubble?, those two states will always be democrat.
