@Kavi R Punitive damages are capped at 750k no mater how high the awarded is, something the jury are not told and will likely be unaware of without prior legal training. Thing is 750K doesn't make as good of a headline as 45million

Oh how easy life would be if it was all black and white. Well I am not the one fighting for free speech nor do I think Jones was, I am the one calling him a stool pigeon. I am just pointing out the obvious. Tell lies get sued, but if you think that is role of this story all over the press then more fool you.

@YouTubemessedupmyhandle Your being set up, there has been a constant ramping up against free speech sighting "dangerous conspiracy theories" in translation the next up and coming events that you logical side of your brain wishes to question will see you on the receiving end of criminal charges for questioning the government. Free speech means people are free to say anything they want no mater how outrageous that speech is, with out that explicit ability your own freedom will quickly be over.

@YouTubemessedupmyhandle No it's is about freespeech, the issue is the media are letting you think it's about Alex Jones. If you lie then you can get sued for defamation and after that point your ability to speak on the topic in question can land you back in court. Why in the same week that member of congress talk about limiting dangerous conspiracy theories do you have Jones being plastered all over ever news channel with wildly inaccurate claims about what he has to pay. Like I said, say anything you want, if it's defamation pay the price but don't be foolish, this case will be used to limited your speech. And if you carry on not being able to see this all you are doing is cheerleading your own demise
