  3. There were plenty of enormous Trump/Pence signs and flags, in SW Colorado, last time. And they kept them up for WAY TOO LONG! I am so dreading that happening again.

  4. Yup! In CO district 3, our congressman, Jeff Hurd (who replaced Boebert when she ran away to a more conservative district), had a town hall scheduled in Grand Junction. 400 people showed up. But not Hurd! Then a few days later, there was a scheduled event in Dolores, CO. A Hurd staffer was supposed to be there on his behalf. At least 250 people showed up (in teeny-tiny Dolores). But not the Hurd staffer! I called his office (one of many of my calls to his office) to let him know that his not showing up says a lot about how unprepared he is to defend the actions, policies, and cabinet picks of the Trump/Musk admin, and of congressional Republicans. Them not showing up to town halls is all the more reason we gotta keep calling them, and at least leaving messages.

  10. A dream come true...Tim Miller and Mayor Pete! This was a fantastic interview. Pete is pretty much the smartest person, EVER! Some day, after a couple of Harris/Walz terms, when Walz is president, I see Pete as VP (again, for a couple of terms), then...How about a Buttigieg/Miller ticket?!?!

  16. As an early morning riser, I'd love to have year round early sunrises. As someone who enjoys being outside in the evenings, I'd love to have year round long, light evenings. Oh wait, congress can't help me - and Trump for sure cannot. Only Mother Nature can deliver me a year round long day of sunlight. And she refuses.
