  1. Two more books that act to prime creativity (and probably the only ones I've read) are Big Magic, by Elizabeth Gilbert; and Art & Soul Reloaded, by Pam Grout. A&S Reloaded is a very lighthearted, easy, and fun read that is probably very different from all those serious sounding books that Rich mentioned. Sometimes you just need a light touch. More fun and delight, as you are playing with bringing the creativity. There is my two cents on the matter.
