  1. I loved this episode and interview/conversation. The title "How to Solve Conflicts Like a Leader" perfectly reflects the content. However, the statement "They are lying to you" on the image of the video does not seem at all reflective of the conversation. It actually seems combative, and counter to the intent of the conversation. And...this is not meant as criticism. I just want more folks to click and watch, knowing that this will be a voice of peace and positive change, rather than a finger pointing blame game. Thanks to Light for introducing me to so many wonderful voices!
