  1. About eight years ago (when I was 48-49), I lost 30 lbs by making small, consistent changes an improving my habits, one at a time. EFT tapping really helped support me in making and maintaining the improvements. One of the most important benefits I noticed was much less aches and pains. This was likely due to a few things. Eating much healthier, more whole foods than not; strengthening my muscles and body in general; and having much less weight to cart around. And the better you feel, the better you feel. The better you feel, the more likely you are to remain consistent. It's been an upward spiral, and it just takes a first step.
