CBD is exactly as illegal as THC is according to the DEA. I wish I had better news for you but don't buy any oil without a real HPLC or similar lab assay of it.

I've known two who served at SAC directly with Curt LeMay and I've personally dealt with special weapons physicists the Special Weapons Interns Program from Los Alamos and LLNL in cooperation with Sandia Livermore. There is no question we were the more aggressive aggressor during the USSR portion of the Cold War. LeMay was a mad man. The construct of theater nuclear exchange degrades almost instantly into M.A.D. so outside sabre rattling I dismiss any view that we're going to get into a nuclear exchange with Russia. There is nothing to gain once collateral damage exceeds oil company profits. There is a very major tendency for people who never experienced the cold war directly to dismiss it as a TV program. We still have the same nukes and the Russians still have the same nukes. Russia wants to get back on top and while there is fervent fearmongering, that fearmongering has cried wolf to the point where future generations dismiss out of hand that there is still a Cold War happening. It never stopped, the face of the opponent just shifted from Russians in the Soviet Army to Russians in the Russian Army. The fact that the CIA is still overthrowing governments to avert Russian influence shows there is still a hot cold war. We need to end that war, but doing it via surrender is not what we fought the Cold War to finally arrive at.
