  4. Ryan, the special weapons storage area for Engles is ~33 km South at 51°11'14.98"N, 46° 1'21.05"E according to research I did several years ago. The perimeter of that site has four security fences and a 5th fence marking the border. The site you show on the East side of Engles may have had special weapons use in Soviet times, but I am not familiar with the configuration. In 2004 photography it appears more as four tank bases with a containment berm around them and I don't see any obvious portal to an igloo there. It was obviously an exclusion area in the past given the fence visible in 2004 but the buildings and road configuration suggest another use to me.
