The number varies throughout the year and during the summer it has reached as high as 23% but at the moment the temperatures became a problem, the wind delivery was supplying a little over 11% of the total demand so with solar, hydro, and biomass typically providing a few more percent, the fossil fuels and nuclear were 80+% to blame and the reduced wind capacity was purely by design and poor planning.
