  14. Since when emotion is an advantage? A cold AI with human level general capabilities will be way more powerful than any average human. Giving it emotions would be a great way to handicap it. Maybe that's the key to keep it under control! 😂

  17. Foreign 😂 ALL countries have been using AI for that and more for years now. And no. No one but big corporations and governments will be able to alter AGI. No one else. And there will be no unregulated AGIs. That's just impossible because of the compute power needed to modify them and run them.
