All wealth is concentrated to a handful of oligarchs, cronies of a dictator that plays by mafia rule. That is what Putin has gifted the Russian people. He has robbed them to become the richest man alive. A swampier swamp has never before been witnessed.

Wish away. The EU makes up 50% of both Russia's and Turkey's trade. Both Russia and Turkey are poor, undemocratic and deeply corrupt. They share no objectives, interests, history, culture or aspirations. You want a shift in the power dynamics, but these two countries are rotten and useless and will never become credible partners, and even if they did; they would still remain rotten, useless and a non-factor even regionally.
