  3.  @bettermanchannel770  I don't feel lost most of the time. But sometimes I do. Then I question what's the point of doing the things I'm doing, is it worthy? That's an awful feeling.

  4.  @knightlive4760  It's difficult to guide your thoughts and your emotions to maintain calm, and peaceful and continue to be productive. I think it's normal to have bad days, because without the negative emotions, the positive emotions wouldn't exist.
