Yep, although as surveys have shown, living next to other races is one thing and interacting with them is another, though I don't feel that there is that much animosity between races. Also, within public housing, there was traditionally a geographical divide between rented housing (usually resided by lower-income groups) and owned housing (usually resided by the middle-class). The government has removed the divide in recent years, though the concerns of the middle-class e.g. increased crime, depressed property values had to be overcome.
