Singapore also some buildings in the outer suburbs being taller than in the inner suburbs e.g. ~20 storey public housing apartments along Senja Rd, Bt Panjang town vs the 2-3 storey (semi-)detatched houses & bungalows common in the Bt Timah area, probably because the outer suburbs were developed after the population boom happened in the decades after WWii
