Vanessa I could feel your excitement to the boat lift as well as see your joy Fantastic fungi finds I have yet to find a fly agaric growing but in the last few years developed an allergy to tree leaf mould that gives me horrendous Bronchiectasis ( non cystic fibrosis) coughing & mucus put paid to me walking in woodland under trees that I love Bad enough with spores in open spaces ( sometime with face mask ) if I can tolerate the breathing I doubly enjoyed your search The painting of Zephyr is beautiful very lifelike like the zephyr we love 💗

I was in Lancashire ( Trough of Bowland ) 30th Dec 2024 & know exactly the power of the wind & rain on that Monday while giving my little JR terrier a brief walk getting blown about I thought of you & hoped you were safe & to an extent dry 💧💦💨 not knowing you were fitting into short spaces Vanessa your boat management skills are superb I love that you take it in your stride calmly & still manage to give us beautiful birds to see & draw That campion flower such a treat to start your journal for 2025 stunning artwork 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you ❤

End of summer routine & back to term time though summer heatwave is still lurking been glorious 24deg today in Norfolk a little breeze perfect dog walking some wooded paths some open ground & some foraged blackberries to nibble on my walk I picked two Chinese takeaway containers last week lush juicy & frozen them & have to say India’s tart looked delicious So lovely to see India on board you are so alike ❤❤ Awe the teasel art work 💕 See you next time

So pleased you captured the glorious buttercup in your drawings they are so cheery I left Lancashire when I was 10yr Dads job & when returned to visit my beloved Aunty asked did I like living in Bedfordshire ? My reply was NO there aren’t any Buttercups & Dry Stone Walls 🤣😂 even at 10yr I could appreciate them & in my 70s I still love Buttercups & Dry Stone Walls of my birth county ❤
