When they cannot the US demands access to that countries mineral resources. the US is expecting UA to reclaim the Donbas that has $ trillions in mnerals. Look for UA to refuse to repay as they will say Zelensky was not the electd President (if he is not swinging in the breeze from a lamp post in the Maidan)

  14.  @locochoco5959  i suggest you look on the UN's web site and read the multitude of articles about this region and these 2 countries. but then they probably use words over 2 syllables - so that leaves you out of being able to understand them. if you have someone read them and explain them to you - you will learn which country has ignored International Law and UN Articles since 1947, how the wall that was constructed is illegal and why, which country has taken land from several countries by force, which country has killed on average one person a day for all of 2023 until October.

  15.  @locochoco5959  yep, it was RUwho funded the violent and illegsl coup in 2014 to overthrow the President, it was RU who murdered 14,000 in the Donbas from 2014-2022, it was RU who ignored Minsk 2 and ramped up the shelling massively as noterd by OSCE! oh wait! - it ws the USA / UK & UA who did all of that. Plenty of videos online now by UA Govt officials saying how RU were very generous with the peace agreement in April 2022 until Boris Johnson told Zelensky to ignore the ceasefire & vto go to war

And you wonder why the Donbas wanted protection by RU! UA would target apartment buildings & shopping centers and trget the same location 30 min later knowing emergency services would be there. Thats all the pweak UA military can do - target civilians, just as they have done up north where there are zero military instalations

As for Zelensky saying once RU has defeated UA they will keep advancing west - what country in their right mind would give up all of their military equ knowing they will have nothing to defend their own country with. proof EU nations knew RU had no plans for reclaiming former soviet territories.
