Actually... That's up to the Court and Parties in the end. If it's an Open Court and not Private Court (closed doors), then live streaming it publicly is legal under the Court's authority if given. In America, of course.

@HuyGaming96 I never played Gothic but for this year of the AAA industry. Among the nominees, BG3 is exceptional in comparison to the worthless games/developers who can never be of equal in quality. Or simply, even From Software exceeds the current era of AAA trash. And those same developers virtue signal for their own failures. That has more weight than anything else. A game is just a game. A game that makes history shall be remembered by all.

@prathikprasanth918 It's the second best great shield that isn't a special GS. The first is the Finger Print GS. Then the flame thrower GS is the 2nd best GS over all. Since the Leyndell Knight's GS comes with "No Skill" AoW. It's even better. Although, I wouldn't put an AoW on this GS. It's not as important since any weapon's AoW will have better use with the GS. It's also pretty light weight too, in comparison to the top 2 Great Shields.

Craftopia 2020 (same devs who made Palworld) has this exact mechanic. Which predates Nintendo JP Parent Patent 2021, since these new Patents are null and void by extention as it is from their 2021 JP Patent.

@r3gret2079 Actually, under USA Patent Law. You can not Patent anything preexisting. Under Japanese Patent Law, a similar regulation exists. Otherwise, there would be a swarm of litigation for Patents in Japan. You can only Patent your specific mechanical design, provided that it passes other factors. Not all nations will legally uphold patents.

To the point where he knew his teachings was not universal because everyone walks in different paths. Yet he tried to teach because that is where his path was in. Hinduism is similar. A non supernatural understanding of existence back in its origin. Later on, both religions stepped into the spiritual and of God's. To explain in basic data. Buddhism is not a religion. It's a life style. Because there is no theology to Buddhism. At least, for Buddha himself and his teachings. Not in regard to what humans did later on in Buddhism. Where supernaturals was implemented.

@amfortas I don't care for it. Britain and America helped set up Isreal. They have an obligation to aid Isreal because they propped Isreal up as a nation. It doesn't negate every evil made by Isreal. But America needs allies in the East. If every enemy of Liberty were to join forces, then the battle between Good and Evil shall begin in full. Those who side with Liberty and those who side with Tyranny. People act as if everyone is on the same page. Hardly... Human selfishness still breathes, and antiquity still exists. Humans fight for meaningless futures out of worldly desires. There is also a religious reason to aid Isreal. For Christianity and for Judaism. Although I'm not religious, religions calm those who need it. Islam is also tied in because of Jesus Christ. But the three branches of religions do not see eye to eye. In the end, evil exists regardless. It's not Satan who covets that purity... For the Dark God observes all from the Beyond. In other words, I am amused that in human selfishness. They draw in the Primordial Evil little by little. When it incarnate, this entire world will crumble into oblivion. That's the inevitable fate and one Mankind will bring forth onto themselves.

The flying player should have closed the gap and blitz the enemy camera lock on. It is the only good plan to do, given the weapons the flying mech had and no cover on the battlefield. As well as... Unlocking. Playing unlock and locked on has its benefits. Especially when blitzing the enemy opponent as a fast flying mech.

That literally is not how USA Patent Law nor JP Patent Law works. If one did not file in a Patent, then they have no Patent to enforce even if they are the ones who first created the idea/concept. Jeez, and religions have more weight than this upon history.

I do not hold that same merit to humanity. They may have created religions, but woe onto those to which art reflects reality better than Man who ignored truth for their own ego. In other words... Even the Horseman can have an audience with me. There are only very few human souls who can do the same as to earn the audience of my court. Mankind... ... ... That said, in this situation. I would rather speak on the law than waste time changing the argument as the other comment did. When lawyers are on point. The lawsuit is thrown out because of Craftopia 2020, which predates the original Nintendo 2021 Patent. As well as Prior Art USA of the GTA 3d Pokémon Mod. But as JP lawyers say. This is to be expected that Nintendo can win on a high chance because of culture. That outcome doesn't play out in the USA. (Again. It's nothing new to me when it first began. It is not the first time that patent lawsuits are this way.)

@imeaniguess.6963 One is rather late to what Patent lawsuits have already been through. So again, what has one said that is truly new to me? Nothing. "No one is above the law," right? Well, this is JP Courts. JP lawyers are right on the money with how their system works. Unlike in the USA, to where Nintendo is trying to apply the same Patents here. Which is null and void, given Prior Art of Craftopia 2020 and GTA 3d Pokémon Mod that noth predate 2021 Original Nintendo JP Patent. And since USA Patent Law is specific in filing in the USA only. Those new patents (as the original Patent is not filed in the USA) are null and void because of Prior Art, even more so.

Prior Art Patent regulations makes that Parent Patent null and void because of a GTA Pokémon Mod and Craftopia plus a Minecraft Pokémon Mod. This is not Copyright Law but Patent Law.

@Illuminateus And Twitch would open themselves up for a Lawsuit because such enforcement would be legally questionable in America. Discrimination on Race swings both ways and these kinds of Policies tend to be a red flag.
