Technically... Under American Law... Twitch cannot do that as it would be discrimination against all other races who are not black. Or vise versa... But humans still kill each other for nothing... @Illuminateus And Twitch would open themselves up for a Lawsuit because such enforcement would be legally questionable in America. Discrimination on Race swings both ways and these kinds of Policies tend to be a red flag.
