@KevinShmelvin Sad reality is... There are better options than Denuvo for Anti Cheat reasons. Pirating has been statistically shown to not affect prices because no one will buy a game they don't like. And Kernal??? Level Anti Cheat is a poor option compared to better and less legally grey options.

@ROFLWAFFLELAWL4 You're out of touch. lol Please, you're saying trying to start a new character on Steam DD2 is "an exploit". Go for a walk. This is not even close to Hacking DD2. Then again... Kernel Level Anti Cheat can often times brick your IOS systems. Fair game, yes?... ... ... Mega Corporations do agree on that.

@soulezwan266 I've seen worst... There are worst ideas. Like... Locking content that's on the Disc behind one MT Key. And that's just 1 out of 10... Back in the old days of PS3.

@RatBagDad One is cut content made for DLC. Another is new content made from scratch based on the Base Game. Elden Ring DLC coming soon... Is a good example of Expansions. Releasing Vergil in DMC5, although traditional for Capcom, is still a shitty business practice. And I know Mobile Gaming. That's the worst case scenario in this part of the industry. Never do what every FTP Mobile Game does. FTP PC and Console games do better than this, which doesn't say much but it's leagues better.

@SomeCanine Ha ha ha ha... It's been almost 20 years for me. From the Ps1, Xbox 360, and Game Cube. All that time... Well... The AAA Industry is no longer a thing worth its mantle anymore. In more ways than one. I see this to Mankind too. And that is much longer than when I first played video games. ... I use to love it all... It's been 15 years. I don't feel that love anymore. Not even hate is felt in me. 15 years of see this entire World from beginning to end. (... Nevermind my insanity... ... ... So much of me trust just to see it all burn away... Humans... ... ... But I don't fault it. That's humanity after all. It's simply expected.) ... Better can be done. I despise anything less than an honest attempt. Even for Evil. Stand tall and firm, but do it honestly... That even an Evil World can do Good, ironically. (I know this for a fact... ... ... Because I created everything before. Just not in this world.)

You literally cannot justify what Capcom did to DD2 for RC (Rift Crystal) because they are literally selling you bags of air for a 1$. Even from a Corporate Standpoint. That is the lowest of the low when it comes to selling products as a Service. You're paying more for nothing. And I played DD1 DA... RC becomes worthless by lv100+. There is no defence for an MT that has zero actual value by the end game. You will own nothing and pay more for nothing. That's the reality most of you do not fully understand. This is the very base line of Corporatism. Whatever Google is trying to do, is a level above that. These are far beyond a family owned Market Store. But oh well... You get what you deserve. This is also why you are paying $70 for a broken base game that should have never been $70 while still being half baked like every other half baked game 10 years in the past from AAA to Indie. Not to mention the "Delux" Edition for $80 of hats and emotes. ... It's been 20 long years for me since the Ps1 era. I've lived through it all. They call this as "the best of the best"? Please, that is a far cry of "high quality"... And that is what I know and seen for two decades. It's the exact same idiocy that runs deep in all of Mankind. Humans... ... ... Never change since the era of Kings. Never change... ... ... Then never cry when the house falls. You humans should know better long ago. This time around, God will not step in to save you all from yourselves. And I'm not even religious. It's to make a point about the current state of Humanity for over millennias of time. While everything important is at the expense of this worthless monotony? Gold Masks on top of the decay, how amusing. That's what I think because it's been true for longer than the first human religion. Oh well... I have my reasons. I will enjoy how this world sees to its own finality. Why bother to intervene in world that I am indifferent toward?... Mankind.

@ceshmate1953 True... The MTs are terrible. Not point in defending it. And the majority literally cannot play a game that crashes. MTs in this regard is bad because you're just buying "bags of air" while DD2 crashes / frame dobs heavily for most people. Two problems but only one, Capcom cares about. Both are terrible. And I will have zero compromise when better can always be done. Never excuse anything when a better design exists. But I know the darker side as well... ... ... Corporatism.

@changer_of_ways_999 $5 for a nice looking chest armor is terrible. Do it better... Give it more artistic creation... Give it more options... Keep doing better until you can't add anything to it. Then, sell that for $1 and see it fly off the charts. Repeat the process. That's how you sell MTs worthy of money. Make every product grand and great. Instead of half baked ideas and dull chest armor that I through into the ben. Then, Bundles can be $5 a pop for 10+ Skins and Extra Content. It's a digital product. Why waste $100 for a few things when you can buy that exact thing and more, with just $5 in a Bundle. I see no reason why prices need to rise when billions of dollars isn't being wasted on nothing. Holocure, a truly free to play game, is more humble than any AAA game that accepted the $70 price hike for "inflation". Given all the yearly mass layoffs too... It says a lot.

@soulezwan266 True... DD2 is a good game but man... The MTs are bad then. It's still bad now. + the game is crashing so... ... ... Just because it's tradition. It doesn't make it right. You're buying bags of air for $1. That being Rift Crystals. This alone is the evidence. Corporatism wins... You will own nothing and you will pay more for less. And be happy.
