@chiquita683 No. Under 1st Amendment (as America has no actual Hate Speech Laws)... As Asmongold explained that a "Frog is Hate Speech" under the AL'S meaningless cry... A review of anything is protected under the 1st Amendment. That, and... A frog? Really? What a joke.

@GaredWorldOfGrey Under USA Defamation Law, correct. Also, USA Defamation has requirements to even survive in the court. Opinions are protected under the 1st Amendment. Thus, to claim a Frog is Hate Speech is a joke. The ADL is no different to the ATF.

@tin2001 Unfortunately, yes. Publishers and Advertisers can pull out from false accusations. To which, when it happens, Valve could sue as that has legal evidence for a Defamation Lawsuit. The ADL is a joke.

@subcitizen2012 Mainly because "actual Damages" under USA Law is not present/proven. Best to treat the ADL like a nobody in the street until other factors play out. Such as Advertisers and Publishers reacting to false accusations. A frog? Amusing... A waste of time.
