@teebob21 Um... Actually... No. You can't sue (and win the lawsuit) anyone over Memes as it is protected under 1A. And for Copyright reasons, that Memes fall under Fair Use Law. Your understanding of 1A is a shit take. When billions more can make Memes.

@FasutonemuMyoji True... Unless the Corporation is directly telling someone to commit a crime. Then simply making Memes is protected under 1A. This is true for anyone who makes Memes. This lawsuit is frivolous, as this video explains perfectly.

@teebob21 Then you speak of another law. Anyone can make Memes as it is protected under 1A NO MATTER WHO MAKES THE MEME. As for False Advertising... Well... It's subjective, given every industry out their which have done worst to society... Unless you're a Democrat who bows to the Anti 2A Agenda. The lawsuit is frivolous but sure... Go blame the corporation and NEVER the criminal... Go blame guns and NEVER your sick society.

@teebob21 False Advertising is debatable... If you're dealing with a party who is pulling shit out of their ass in order to see what legal claims stick. In other words... Unless there is hard evidence of False Advertising and not out of FEELING... Then you have your case to actually win. Yes, in America, you can sue for any reason but actually winning the lawsuit is another story. In the end, don't go sueing a corporation for what criminals use to do the crime. (A bit of a danger of that is the future of how litigations go. Ha ha ha ha. Because the Democrats tried that before.)

@teebob21 In this lawsuit, Defamation against a Private Party is rather irrelevant. It's better to quickly toss it out of the court or to sue for legal fees. Especially when this lawsuit is frivolous without hard evidence to back the False Advertising beyond personal grandeur.

@teebob21 True... That's my ignorance of not knowing how court proceedings go. But yes, judges do not initiate the lawsuit in court. They only oversee the lawsuit then judge on it, with or without the Jury. Anyone can sue for any reason in America. It's winning the lawsuit which is not as easy to do, in good faith. Compared to the corrupt side of our Judicial System.

@teebob21 And this is your word?... Pathetic... Given the industries who profit off of society's well being. You tell me what False Advertising is when Social Media have done worst while being protected under Section 230 and Safe Harbor Laws... You're not the one who pulls the strings.

@shady8227 Poor products... A gun that miss fires should be sent for repairs.

@Queue_. Given Death... You amuse me, human.

@teebob21 Wrong... To speak bluntly... Anyone and any corporations can make Memes and Dark Humour etc. All of that is protected under 1A. If you hate it, then shut the F up and sit down... Human... You know nothing of the law and the government need not be a petty to violate your Constitutional Rights when THE F***ING JUDICIAL SYSTEM is a branch of the government. Now... As for False Advertising?... You can make your case but it's frivolous in this regard. Why?... BECAUSE CRIMINALS DON'T GIVE A SHIT WHEN YOU'RE BURIED 6FT UNDER. This video makes it clear and the laws are this way... But I guess you're just a fool. To die in that future. Amusing... Evil smiles... And this is your society?... Ha ha ha ha. (Sure... Go sue the gun corporation for the acts of a criminal... I'm sure the Government is "hard" on crime. Ha ha ha ha.)
