  4. @iceshadow487  I meant skill and experience. You are correct. DEI is also equally terrible as "all XYZ" example. Diversity must always be organic and never forced. DEI forces diversity, and it is the very same as R because they're not hiring based on merit. But based on race in their bubble.

  5. @iceshadow487  Oh, don't tell me that one has not seen how it has gone under the West? I'm sure one has good reasons, but the hand of authority and corporations speak more on it heavily. Mankind... ... ... Well, I can't say much here. What thyn believes in? Is not universally done by the higher-ups. Their ways are not of thyn view. I'm cryptic because this place has eyes. Thyn idea of that concept is already corrupted... That is the truth and a warning.
