  12. Tom Cat It is better to keep criticizing a company and their products in hopes that they will improve upon themselves. It is even more better to let a company burn into ashes if they can never improve upon themselves. That is the life cycle of Destiny 2. So much potential... To fail in the end. Let us hope that Anthem will not follow that same fate. After all, if they fail, then EA will ax them off. Then again, it is up to the artist to improve as it is up to the observer to shred the work into pieces. A critique as some might say. There is a very reason why reviewers exist. Without the observer, any work will be seen as "good", even trash. "Be informed and make choice, but always remember the other half... No one is immune to criticism." Unless people complain for the sake of complaining, then to each their own.

If I am wrong, then all games and the very nature of Code should be taken away. Fortunately, it isn't. (It sounds like a Patent but I guess I copyright moving my own arms around. lol)

Many more wooden machines can be created and are not protected by copyright. Maybe by a Patent, but still. (Obviously, don't copy the art. You can still make wooden ships of your own.)

  30.  @Elmithian  Answer: In America, yes and no. However, make sure to know which state will hold up the Patent in law as not every state will support the Patent. Correct, you need permission if you want an AK47 or Lexus Car in your games. Otherwise, create your own vehicles and use the silo wet of items. (You can use a silo wet of the AK47 or of Lexus Car then create your own. Make sure it doesn't look identical/near identical to it /as in don't just re-skin it/. This is how many Medieval Weapons are made in games.) It's going to depend. Is the copyright protecting the Oil Paint or the art created with the Oil Paint?
