  23. I always prefer a 1% Tax across the board on a yearly cycle. No strings attached and nothing more than one simple rule... "How much spendable money do you have now? If "yes", then explain/mark what type of money it is, for more options. If "no", then do as you please. Just remember that when calamities arrive. We cannot help you in any way or form because we don't have the money to afford protecting you. So pay your Taxes or buy our services." I can break this ideal down, but the short end of it is. Everyone pays 1% Tax at the end of the Year, if they are able to because it aids in things like Health Care, Social Security, and Insurance etc. There is an option for a Volunteer Pay if one wants to skip "year counts" or aid in Government efforts. In this Model/Ideology, I'm wagering the existence of a Nation to the death of its people. Rather than what we are in now, when it's all about the money and profit. That said, I'm no expert in the Market, so a few things will have to be altered/amended in relation to the era of history. And no, my 1% Tax does not function like the one America uses. Granted, there are checks and balances for those who lie, abuse, misuse, and corrupt my 1% Tax Law. "If you can't pay, then don't pay. If you can, then it's 1% Tax per year. Just remember to keep a Record of it all, as we will ask for details, or obtain a new Record. If you don't have a Record, then you may pay to use our Services. Nothing here is truly free, and everything here is only for Citizens."
