  8. I remember this lawsuit... Section 230 protects "taking down of otherwise objectionable content etc.", but it does not protect Recommendations nor Green Lights etc. made by the corporation, regardless if its manually curated or algorithmically curated. (Not to be confused with User Generated Content. Section 230 does not make UGC liable against corporations.) That said... Section 230 being repealed is a far cry of a free and open internet. Even when people are so easily manipulated while corporations hide behind it like a shield for their vial orchestrations. But in the end... Section 230 needs revisions, not a repeal. Humanity has Free Will. I suggest they act wiser before extinction culls them before the Earth's end.

  30.  @Tanjams  It depends... In America... Art Styles are not copyrighted. So, an AI or a human can copy/mimic the art style of one artist to their hearts content. They just cannot produce copyrighted materials that they do not own etc. Thus, they have to make their own IP and not just rehash what another artist created. However, outside of Public Domain and Fair Use. There are aspects and entire subjects in art which falls outside of copyright, or retains a limited copyright enforcement. Take the Apple Paradox, as a legal example. If everyone drew the same real Apple, then who owns the copyright??? Thus, the fundamentals of art in all forms cannot be copyrighted in America. Which is why you cannot copyright music so close to the foundation of melodies. Such a monopoly would break apart the true scope of copyright law.

Which is why third party news and the freedom on the internet has more credibility. Who I listed are not the only ones of this credibility nor are they "perfect". They're understandable at best unlike the girl who spoke about Climate Change while offering no Statistics/Evidence about it. Even when America has done their best for it but nope. The Left want a ridiculous standard which will criple the economy. Same with Free Open Borders that all any/all immigrants to come in, regardless of legality. So far, the Republicans have been doing well but I'll condemn them too should they fail the people by ridiculous laws and the support for Big Tech without any checks/balances. (Not that the Left has tried to use Big Tech on an Authoritarian Level but with Corporations instead of Government...
