I remember this lawsuit... Section 230 protects "taking down of otherwise objectionable content etc.", but it does not protect Recommendations nor Green Lights etc. made by the corporation, regardless if its manually curated or algorithmically curated. (Not to be confused with User Generated Content. Section 230 does not make UGC liable against corporations.) That said... Section 230 being repealed is a far cry of a free and open internet. Even when people are so easily manipulated while corporations hide behind it like a shield for their vial orchestrations. But in the end... Section 230 needs revisions, not a repeal. Humanity has Free Will. I suggest they act wiser before extinction culls them before the Earth's end.

@garymathis1042 I can say the same about most subjects in the Constitution. Such as advanced tech / bio tech when such a time challenges the human race upon extinction. But you are correct...

@eggyparrot3844 And who owns the "line"... ISPs send their regards.

@MsZeeZed You can thank ISPs for that. They own the Internet in America.

@MagicManICT The TOS of YouTube is meaningless, given 20 years of their service... But it sure is a bullet... For YouTube to use.

@tobiwonkanogy2975 Humans... ... ... I've seen worst examples that are claimed as hate speech when any sane person would not. Try to not let fools be the King...

@TubeTAG True... Depending on Regions. This is why you cannot host any online service in China without the CCP's intervention, as an example.

@Gurlan1n Not really... Companies such as Google cannot simply leave America, but the legal battle ground is certainly ready in America. Kind of a shame... Given this planet.
