  2. Reserve is just ships costing money while being nowhere near front line. We need more ships in service, we don't need a reserve.

  3.  @DrCrabfingers  Calling Chinas navy the most powerful is just showing you have no idea about navies. Even largest is wrong as tonnage is better metric than number of vessels. Prime assets are Carriers and SSNs, compare the US and China, and that's even discounting quality.

  4. The absolute opposite, the type 23s have already served too long. We should be building new ships not trying to stretch out old ones.
