  2. Ukraine has nothing like the best equipped army in Europe, it's still uses largely Soviet kit for its heavy weaponry. The US may spend the most on it's own armed forces but terms of actually NATO funding it doesn't the spend the majority.

  10. Though the on going war is now an issue originally Ukraine wasn't allowed to join for things like quality of democracy, levels of corruption, state of there armed forces etc. Issues Finlnad doesn't have. Also donated weapons don't incure debt.
