When the US doesn't buy from and we have a better product it's because they want to produce it domestically not because of an EU tariff. The example I would use I'd Brimstone, rather than buying in they chose a development program to upgrade the Hellfire. Not because its cheaper, they have to plow a lot into R+D. But because they want to keep production domestic. Not being in the EU wouldn't have changed that one iota.
