  3. Ukrainians won't stop regardless of weapons, they are fighting for there country as I would do. The Russian military being ineffective (because of weapons) might bring them to the table.

  7.  @yuritarted984  There might be some but it is often the case we don't want it, the F22 is a famous case they didn't export but we never pressed them diplomatically because we were happy building the Typhoon. There is also tech we have that is more advanced than them and they are much more reluctant to buy, the meteor missile at the moment for example.
