  3.  @dovidell  you don't have to be a prophet to do better than say the army's recent record. Spending large sums on warrior upgrade to cancel without result, leaving the Boxer program only to rejoin on worse terms and Ajax a program we may have to cancel after billions spent because it injures our own soldiers.
