@adamatch9624 adapting the plane and all the medical kit tied up for transporting one person in a very niche circumstance.

It's cool, but it seems like a waste of resources.

@Joe-fe4xi those that are near an airfield, have survived without intensive care but need it, and can't be serviced by a helicopter. I doubt there are any, but it would be the same as any other life threatening illness or injury.
