  2. Culture doesn't change quickly, they are helping Ukraine. Certainly they could be doing more and faster but even what they are doing is a change from there pacifist stance.

  4. Infantry has always been key and there's no sign of it changing. Everything you talk about is ultimately for supprting infantry, it's them who ultimately take and hold ground.
